Australian Hotel Fund (AHO), formerly Peppers Hotel Trust, invests primarily in hotel related properties within New South Wales. The responsible entity of the Trust is Hotel Capital Partners Limited.

Share Holder Discount Requirements :

This card is currently issued to all securityholders who have purchased a minimum of $500.00 of securities. The card is automatically forwarded to your registered address as part of your welcome pack. The welcome pack is usually issued within 2 weeks of your holding being registered

Shareholder Discount/ Shareholder Benefit :

Each year, usually in January, the Mirvac Hotels division issues a brochure showing the range of Exclusive Card rates at our Hotels and Resorts for that year. To obtain Exclusive Card rates, you must: - notify the reservations clerk at the hotel that you are a Securityholder when placing your booking - produce your card when you arrive at the hotel and at any time when you are requested during your stay.

Your Mirvac Exclusive card cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The terms and conditions of to the Mirvac Exclusive card are on the current brochure. Mirvac Hotels have the right to validate your holding of the card. Airline frequent flyer points ARE NOT awarded on Mirvac Exclusive Hotel and Resort Rates.
